The pool is a mess, which is less than half full of water. After a lengthy Discussion about a refund of my money, that included, my offer to call the health department, she offered to put us in a different room, We took the new room offer, The new room was rundown, just like the other one, there was only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, and no face cloths, there is no exhaust fan in the bath room, and the only light that works in the bathroom is the 2 bulb heat lamps. The counter person said she would try to get the maintenance person back in, I said, it’s 8 pm and you, and I, both know that isn’t going to happen. they said they would have maintenance fix them, I Stated we were going to mackinaw island for the day, Up on our return at 8pm we found that the sink had been plunged out, and was draining, BUT!!!! The maintenance person left the sink and the surrounding area in a mess “didn’t clean up” The tub still didn’t drain, I went to the office to complain that the tub stil l didn’t drain, and the mess that had been left in the sink by the maintenance man. I complained to the desk person the morning of the 17th. 16-17, the sink and the bath tub did not drain.
